Many brides are looking for an experienced hand to help them with their planning. More and more brides today are also looking for
a savvy wedding planner to provide time-saving and money-saving ideas, and generally to reduce the stress of the wedding
planning process. I do a lot of the work behind the scenes for my bride, so she can spend more time with her family and friends.
Being a wedding coordinator is a lot of hard work – but it can also be rewarding and fun. My job is to help a bride’s dreams come
true – also on time and under budget!

List of Decorators job:
Decorate facility and church, including light candles, fold napkins, hand lanterns, blow up balloons, floral, drapery, backdrops, arches, lattice, tool, icicle lights, etc.
Design for colors and styles.
List of wedding planners job:
Plan entire wedding, including ceremony and reception from start to finish.
Save time, money and reduce stress for the family.
List of Day of Reception Coordinators job:
Make sure all other vendors have time line and are ready to go.
Confirm room layout and prepare to B+G demands.
Light candles, dim lights, turn on LED’s, adjust heat or air if needed.
Help first guest with gift and table assignment.
Prepare champagne for toasts, locate and chill.
Prepare cake table for cake cutting, find knife and server.
Open door to limo if needed, greet B+G. Ask if they need anything or are they ready to go.
Keep B+G informed at all times of the time line - schedule.
Line up wedding party: find parents, RB, FG, Usher, BM +GM, Bride and Groom.
Carry extra stuff (purses, cameras) and place under head table.
Cue DJ + MC + Photo + Video + Guests and then open doors.
Uncork bottles for toasts, put on table.
Remove empty champagne bottles from table.
Instruct B+G how to cut cake and assist when needed.
Have cake table removed from dance floor if needed.
Cue Video for slide show when and if needed.
Make sure dinner is ready and then have MC announce that dinner will be served.
Dismiss tables if needed.
Check dance floor is free from food debris.
Get B+G ready for first dance, father-daughter, mother-son, bridal party, parents and any other formal events. Cue DJ + MC + Photo + Video + guests.
Make sure B+G have ride to hotel, home, next location.
Remove gifts to specified location or car.
Blow out candles, secure disposable cameras,
Assist everyone to remove their items and then kick everyone out and go home.
